Policies and Procedures In Case of Emergency Any unforeseen events such as no internet connection nor power supply, please call your course consultant right away.

Class Schedule

Any changes for class schedule must be made within at least 2 hours ahead of time to check the availability of the time. If you wish to quit the course, inform us for at least 2 weeks.

 

Cancellation of classes

Students can only cancel classes for 10 times in a month. Cancellation of classes for more than ten times will be counted as absent and will be deducted to student's number of classes in a month.

Payment Schedule

Mode and schedule of payment depends on the student's contract to the company. For further assistance about payment and scheduling do not hesitate to call your course consultant or refer to the contact details.
